At the same time, an acid mist absorption and treatment device that matches pollution prevention and control has been built to achieve the emission of exhaust gas up to standard. In order to strengthen its own supervision, the enterprise has also built a computer control center for sewage and waste gas treatment facilities. The control center can automatically provide feedback on the treatment effect of wastewater and waste gas, ensuring real-time dosing and regulation of the treatment effect.

In the past year, Yingsheng Steel Pipe has invested over 7 million yuan in updating environmental protection equipment. According to statistics, the annual acid consumption cost of enterprises has decreased by one-third after rectification; Due to the adoption of advanced facilities and technologies such as acid mist absorption channels in the technological transformation, the power consumption of acid mist absorption treatment facilities has been significantly reduced; In addition, the use of a water circulation system greatly reduces the water consumption in the pickling section. The environmental protection investment for enterprise rectification can be fully recovered within three years through engineering energy-saving and emission reduction.
